What we collect, why, and your choices.

This policy explains what Oasimo collects and how it's used. It's written to be read, not to bury you.

What we collect

  • Analytics. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which guides are useful. It's aggregated and not used to identify you. You can opt out at any time by visiting any page with ?ph_optout=1 appended to the URL.
  • Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address to send the newsletter. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
  • Affiliate cookies. When you click a booking link, our partners (such as Booking, Vrbo, Expedia and GetYourGuide) may set a cookie so a resulting booking is attributed to us. These are governed by those partners' own privacy policies.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't run intrusive ad-tracking networks.

Your choices

You can opt out of analytics (above), unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and block cookies in your browser settings.
