In Belek, the private-pool villa comes all-inclusive, with a golf course next door. The hard part is the room names. Several resorts sell a "Club Villa", a "Lake Suite" or a "Swim-up" that shares its pool with the neighbors. Maxx Royal Belek is the top-tier pick of the six that sell the real thing. Which Belek private pool villa should you book?
Start with the group size. Belek's villas run from a couple's suite to a four-bedroom house.
For a couple, book a King Suite at Susesi. It has a private 40 m² pool without paying for bedrooms you won't use. Check Susesi availability.

"Pool Access", "Swim-up" and "Club Villa" don't mean a private pool in Belek. They share a pool with other rooms. Only book a category whose own page says "private pool".
Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort
The no-compromise booking.
Maxx Royal sits on the Montgomerie Maxx Royal golf course and is one of the highest-rated resorts on the Belek coast. The private pools come with its villas:
- Albatross Deluxe Villa – 425 m², three bedrooms and a private outdoor pool
- Presidential Villa – 630 m², four bedrooms, a 60 m² private pool, plus a jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath
Villa guests get a private butler.

Cullinan Belek
The family booking.
Cullinan is a big all-inclusive resort in Kadriye, set inside a golf course a short walk from the beach. It sells two private-pool villas:
- Exclusive Villa – 210 m², three bedrooms and three bathrooms, for up to six adults, set apart from the main resort with a sheltered garden
- Cullinan Villa – 280 m², four bedrooms and four bathrooms
Both have a heated private pool. Cullinan heats it in the winter season, which makes a November or March trip workable.
Villa guests also get free airport transfers, lounge access and a dedicated butler.

Club Prive by Rixos Belek
The privacy booking.
Club Privé is Rixos's gated villa enclave in Belek, on the beach among the pines, with its own booking listing. It has 39 villas in four styles, with butlers and free airport transfers.
Here's the trap. The villa types aren't equal:
- Club Villa – direct access to a large pool shared with other villas. No private pool.
- Villa Privé – 264 m², with a private garden and private swimming pool
- Paris Residence – 615 m², with a private pool and a private pavilion on the beach
If you want your own pool, book Villa Privé or the Paris Residence by name.

Susesi Luxury Resort
The couples' booking.
Susesi sells private pools at three very different sizes:
- Royal Suite – a private 20 m² pool on a 60 m² terrace
- King Suite – a private 40 m² pool
- VIP Villa – a two-story, 750 m² villa with a private 90 m² pool, hammam and sauna. There are only two, about 100 m from the sea.
Its Lake Suites are a different thing. They open onto the shared Lake Pool, not a pool of their own.
Book this one if you're a couple who wants a private pool without buying a whole villa – the King Suite is the sweet spot. Check Susesi rates.
Regnum Carya
The golf booking.
Regnum Carya is on the beach in Kadriye and built around golf. It has three private-pool villa categories:
- Baron Villa
- Carya Golf Villa
- King Villa, the largest
Each has a private pool, but the pools aren't heated. Heating is available for a fee. Ask for it if you're traveling in spring or autumn.

Titanic Deluxe Golf Belek
The big-group booking.
Titanic Deluxe is a large family resort in Kadriye, with a 27-hole golf course and a long private beach. Three categories come with a private pool:
- Lagoon Duplex Suite with Pool – 338 m², for up to four adults
- Exclusive Pool Villa – a 360 m² duplex with three bedrooms, a private garden and a 69 m² pool
- Superior Villa – 610 m², for up to eight adults
Its Bali House Swim-up rooms share a pool. Don't confuse them with the villas.
It's rated a little lower than the other five, and the resort is busy and family-focused.

Big resort or villa enclave
Most of these villas sit inside huge all-inclusive resorts, with water parks, kids' clubs and a dozen restaurants. That's the point for families.
Club Privé is the exception. It's villas only, gated, on the beach.
If you can book only one, book Cullinan Belek's Exclusive Villa – or Maxx Royal if budget isn't a question.

When to go
May, June, September and October are the best months. It's warm enough for the pool every day, and golf courses are in good shape.
July and August are hottest and busiest. Rates peak with UK and European school holidays.
November to April is golf season, cooler and much quieter. Only book then if your villa pool is heated – Cullinan heats its villa pools in winter, and Regnum Carya charges extra for it.
Antalya Airport (AYT) is roughly 30 to 45 minutes from all six resorts.
