Fiji has five confirmed resorts where every villa comes with its own private pool, not a pool shared across the property. Six Senses Fiji on Malolo Island has the only Booking.com-confirmed score among them; COMO Laucala Island, Kokomo Private Island, Vomo Island and Nanuku Resort book direct or through specialist travel agents rather than standard OTAs, so their scores here are estimated from travel media reputation rather than Booking.com.

Six Senses Fiji
Six Senses Fiji sits on Malolo Island in the Mamanuca group, a short boat ride from Nadi International Airport – the most accessible of Fiji's confirmed all-villa private-pool resorts. All 24 villas include a private pool: the entry Pool Villa has a 110 sqm layout with a 15 sqm plunge pool, while Hideaway and Beachfront Pool Villas move closer to the water, and multi-bedroom residences (up to six bedrooms) suit families or groups.
This is the only property on this list with a confirmed Booking.com listing and score – the other four Fijian resorts here book primarily direct or through specialist luxury travel agents, which is typical for the country's most exclusive private-island properties.
The Mamanuca Islands are closer to Nadi than Fiji's more remote archipelagos, trading some seclusion for easier logistics.
COMO Laucala Island
COMO Laucala Island occupies its own 3,200-acre island, with 25 villas – overwater, beachfront and hilltop – each including a private swimming pool in addition to butler service, a stocked fridge and in-villa dining. The entry Plantation Villa starts around $4,800/night; the clifftop Hilltop Villa can reach $10,000/night in peak season.
Rates are all-inclusive of food, beverage, chauffeur transport within the island, nanny and laundry service. This is the highest-priced and most internationally prestigious property among Fiji's confirmed private-pool resorts, run by the same COMO group behind Cocoa Island in the Maldives.
Vomo Island Resort
Vomo Island Resort is a private island in the Mamanuca group where every villa category includes a private pool. The newer Two-Bedroom Pool Villas pair a private plunge pool with a separate dedicated paddle pool for children – a rare family-specific configuration among Fiji's ultra-luxury properties. The Royal Villa and Residence scales up to three pavilions and eight guests with 24-hour butler service.
Unlike the adults-oriented Six Senses or COMO Laucala, Vomo is set up specifically for family groups, with a kids' club and activities alongside the private-pool villa inventory.
Kokomo Private Island
Kokomo Private Island occupies a 140-acre island in the Kadavu Archipelago in Fiji's southern waters, more remote than the Mamanuca or Yasawa groups closer to Nadi. All 21 villas and 5 residences – ranging from one to six bedrooms – include a private infinity pool with ocean views, alongside an organic farm supplying the resort's three restaurants.
The remote Kadavu location is the trade-off for the most private and secluded setting among Fiji's confirmed all-villa-pool resorts; getting there involves a connecting flight or boat transfer beyond the main Nadi gateway.
Nanuku Resort
Nanuku Resort is the only confirmed private-pool property on Fiji's main island, Viti Levu, rather than an outer island – set on a two-mile stretch of beach at Pacific Harbour. All 15 suites and 22 villas and residences include a private pool, from the entry Beachfront Pool Suite to multi-bedroom beachfront and hilltop residences.
Being on Viti Levu removes the boat or seaplane transfer required for every other resort on this list – Nanuku is reachable by road from Nadi, making it the most straightforward to reach as well as the most affordable confirmed option.
When to go
May–October is Fiji's dry season and the most reliable window for a private-pool stay, with lower humidity and consistent trade winds. The wet season runs November–April, with January–March carrying the highest cyclone risk, though most rain falls in short afternoon bursts rather than all-day downpours. Nadi International Airport (NAN) is the main gateway; from there, the Mamanuca Islands (Six Senses, Vomo) are a 20–45 minute boat transfer, Kadavu (Kokomo) requires a connecting flight, and Laucala Island has its own private airstrip with charter flights from Nadi. Nanuku Resort on Viti Levu is reachable by road, roughly 1.5–2 hours from Nadi. For a Southeast Asian alternative with confirmed private-pool villas, see Bali or Koh Samui.
