Turks & Caicos has the highest concentration of genuine private-pool villas in the Caribbean – four of the best resorts on Grace Bay Beach offer villa categories where the pool belongs solely to your accommodation. Grace Bay is consistently ranked the world's best beach, and the resorts here have matched the setting with serious villa architecture. This guide covers confirmed private-pool categories at each property, what the pools actually look like and what to pay in 2026.

Amanyara
Amanyara is the Aman resort in Turks & Caicos, set on the northwest tip of Providenciales beside a protected marine park. Every accommodation on the property has a private pool: the entry Amanyara Pavilion and Deluxe Pool Pavilion are 1-bedroom open-air pavilions each with a private infinity pool; the Pool Pavilion follows the same format with a different pool orientation. For larger groups, the 5- and 6-Bedroom Beach Sala Villas and the Serenity Villa have correspondingly larger private pools with direct beach access.
The property is not listed on Booking.com — bookings go through aman.com or directly with the property. This is standard for Aman resorts worldwide, and the Stay22 map below will show alternative nearby options with live prices. Butler service and daily breakfast are included in all villa categories. The surrounding coral reef is among the most intact in the Caribbean, and the resort's dive program is a genuine differentiator beyond the accommodation itself.
Rock House
Rock House is a boutique property directly on Grace Bay Beach with a restaurant, film nights and yoga – and every Reserve Villa has its own private infinity pool. The 2-Bedroom Oceanfront Reserve Villa is the entry point, with a 9×18 ft private infinity pool and direct sightlines to the beach; the 3- and 4-Bedroom Ocean View Reserve Villas scale up for families or groups while keeping the same private-pool format.
The property's high Booking.com score reflects what smaller luxury properties achieve when they have fewer moving parts to manage – attentive service, consistent maintenance and a restaurant that residents actually want to eat at. Rock House is the most accessible option on this list at the entry level, and the only one where a 2-bedroom private-pool villa can be booked directly on Booking.com without going through a VIP or hotel concierge channel.
Grace Bay Club
Grace Bay Club's Estate Pool Residences are multi-bedroom beachfront units at the quieter end of the property, each with a private outdoor plunge pool on the terrace at beach level. The 4-Bedroom configuration sleeps eight adults comfortably; the 5-Bedroom scales to ten. At approximately $4,000/night, these are among the better-priced private-pool options for large groups in the Caribbean.
The surrounding resort amenities – three pools, Anani Spa, Infiniti Restaurant, tennis courts and direct beach access on Grace Bay – are included for villa guests. Breakfast is typically included. Grace Bay Club's location on the western end of the beach gives beach-level villa guests a relatively uncrowded frontage. For multi-generational families who want a private-pool villa with resort services within walking distance, this is the most straightforward option on the island.
Wymara Resort & Villas
Wymara's villa collection sits at the edge of the beach at Sunset Cove on Grace Bay, and the named villas – Astra, Azure and others – are 4-, 5- and 6-bedroom standalone properties each with a private plunge pool and waterfall in the garden. A dedicated Villa Experience Manager is assigned to each booking, handling everything from grocery stocking and restaurant reservations to private chef arrangements.
The resort itself is well rated on Booking.com. The villa side is priced at the top of the market; the Villa Experience Manager service justifies the premium for guests who want the logistics of a private villa handled without sourcing it independently. Indigo Restaurant – rated one of the best on the island – is accessible to villa guests as part of the wider resort.
When to go
The dry season runs from December to April, with January through March the peak months – clearest water, lowest humidity and minimal rain. This is also the most expensive and most heavily booked period; Amanyara and Rock House Reserve Villas in particular book out months in advance for Christmas and New Year. May and November are the shoulder months – prices drop noticeably while conditions remain good. The hurricane season runs June to November, with the highest risk in August and September; most resorts remain open but some villa operations scale back. If a private pool villa at Wymara or Grace Bay Club is the priority, book January–March dates by September at the latest.
