Adults-Only Resorts in Turks and Caicos: One All-Inclusive, on Grace Bay

Updated November 3, 20265 min read

Grace Bay is lined with luxury resorts, and nearly all of them welcome children. The one adults-only all-inclusive we found in Turks and Caicos is Club Med Turkoise: 18 and over, on the widest part of Grace Bay Beach, with meals, drinks and water sports in the rate. Want a quiet luxury hotel instead? Grace Bay Club has an adults-only building, inside a resort that also takes families.

That's the whole list. Turks and Caicos is a villa-and-family island, not an adults-only market like Jamaica or Mexico. Club Med Turkoise was taking bookings on its own site when we checked, and it's the booking we'd make. The adults-only resorts hub runs the same test in other destinations, where the choice is wider.

Which one should you book?

For an all-inclusive with no children anywhere on the property, book Club Med Turkoise. It's the only resort on the islands that passes that test, and it sits right on Grace Bay. Check Club Med Turkoise rates – January through March is the busiest stretch.

Prefer a quieter, more upscale stay with no kids around you? Book a suite in Grace Bay Club's Hotel Building. You give up the all-inclusive. You get a small adults-only enclave on the same beach.

Club Med Turkoise

The only all-inclusive that bans kids. Club Med's Turks and Caicos page lists it as adults-only (18+). It's built for couples, solo travelers and groups of friends.

It sits directly on Grace Bay Beach, on what Club Med calls the widest stretch of the bay. The airport is about 15 minutes away.

The rate covers:

  • All meals, at one main restaurant and a beach bar restaurant
  • Unlimited drinks: cocktails, wine, spirits and beer, at four bars
  • Sailing, kayaks, paddleboards and snorkeling
  • Tennis, pickleball, flying trapeze lessons, yoga and fitness classes
  • Nightly entertainment: DJ sets, shows and parties

Club Med's own FAQ says airport transfers and tips are typically included. Spa treatments and excursions cost extra, diving trips among them. The in-room minibar holds soft drinks only.

It isn't the quiet option. Club Med pitches it as social, and the nights run late.

Club Med prices per person, not per room. Its site showed from-rates of around $210 per person a night when we checked, so roughly $430 for two. We couldn't find it on Booking.com or Expedia, so book it on Club Med's site.

Book this one if you want everything included, Grace Bay out front and no children on the property. Check Club Med Turkoise availability.

The fine print

Skip Beach House in older lists. Beach House Turks and Caicos, a Grace Bay adults-only all-inclusive, appears in many older guides. When we checked, its own website showed only a "Coming Soon" page.

Grace Bay Club: an adults-only building, not an adults-only resort

The quiet luxury booking. Grace Bay Club calls The Hotel Building its "exclusive adults-only section": 22 oceanfront suites on Grace Bay Beach.

The rest of the resort is different. Grace Bay Club's own site lists a family-friendly section, The Villa Suites, and a resort-within-a-resort called The Estate. Booking.com lists children of all ages as welcome at the property.

So you share the resort with families. You don't share your building with them.

It isn't on the islands' all-inclusive list, so plan on paying for meals at the resort's restaurants.

Book this one if you'd trade a meal plan for a suite on the sand and a kid-free building. Check Grace Bay Club rates, and pick a Hotel Building suite, not a Villa Suite.

The resorts that look adults-only but take children

The islands' all-inclusive list is short. Visit Turks and Caicos, the islands' visitor guide, names five when we checked: Beaches, Alexandra, Blue Haven, Ambergris Cay and Club Med. Only Club Med is adults-only. There's no Sandals, Couples or Secrets resort on that list.

  • Alexandra Resort (Grace Bay): all-inclusive, but Booking.com lists children of all ages as welcome.
  • Blue Haven Resort: a 45-room all-inclusive that Visit Turks and Caicos suggests for couples, though it says guests of all ages are welcome.
  • Ambergris Cay (private island): all-inclusive, with children of all ages welcome on Booking.com.
  • Beaches Turks and Caicos (Grace Bay): Sandals' family brand, with a water park and a kids' camp.
  • Amanyara (Northwest Point): runs a family program.
  • West Bay Club, Wymara, Sailrock South Caicos, Rock House, The Inn at Grace Bay and Villa del Mar: Booking.com lists children of all ages as welcome at each one.

Fine with children around the pool? The beachfront resorts in Turks and Caicos and private pool villas in Turks and Caicos cover Grace Bay's best family-friendly stays.

Turks and Caicos, or somewhere with more choice?

Pick Turks and Caicos for Grace Bay. Club Med puts you right on it, with no children on the property.

Pick somewhere else for choice. Jamaica has many adults-only resorts, couples-only ones included – see adults-only resorts in Jamaica. Nassau has three adults-only all-inclusives – see adults-only resorts in the Bahamas. For a beach strip with several to compare, see Cancun and Punta Cana. Want a small kid-free hotel instead of an all-inclusive? Puerto Rico has several in San Juan and on Vieques, and Costa Rica has two adults-only all-inclusives of its own on the Gulf of Papagayo.

The short version

Want an adults-only all-inclusive in Turks and Caicos? It's Club Med Turkoise.

All-inclusive, no kids: Club Med Turkoise. A quiet suite on the sand: Grace Bay Club's Hotel Building.

When to go

December through April is the dry season, and January through March is the busiest, most expensive stretch. May and November are shoulder months, with lower rates.

Atlantic hurricane season runs June through November. Turks and Caicos sits in its path, so take a refundable rate for those months.
